In regards to number 10/distracted driving...I watch "On Patrol Live" regularly. It seems that most all law enforcement cruisers are now equipped with computer terminals. While those devices are obviously very helpful for the officers in the performance of their duties, it is very disconcerting to observe how much time the officers spend looking at those terminals while they are in motion - most often when responding at high speed to emergency calls. I'm sure most might try to justify this by saying they have "advanced training" or or some-such bullshit, but the fact remains if you are reading text on an electronic device inside a moving vehicle, you are not looking at the road.
