This wasn't just Italy, it was in Sicily. Unless old traditions have been entirely forgotten, those guys better be begging for deportation - even to a Middle-Eastern prison - because if they stay in an Italian prison or are released back to the streets, they'll either be dead or beaten so badly they never recover.

In Sicily it’s not impossible that the older men will see to it that these boys end up eating their own testicles
