and, since he doesn't seem to fit the Preferred Narrative, the usual suspects are trying to turn him into not only a White Hispanic, but a White Supremacist as well.
Chances he's an illegal alien: I'd guess high.
Chances the tattoo isn't white supremacist, but cartel connected: I'd also guess high.
Right now, with all the other crap at our wide-open border, we have two multiple-murder crimes: one committed by a illegal with multiple deportations behind him who murdered nearly a whole family of illegals, and now this one. They make it very difficult for the Democrat operatives with bylines to insist the border is actually under control, so expect extra effort to try to make them go away, except as they think they can use it to call for more gun laws.
I had wondered when there was going to be some awful crime committed that pissed off enough people to start saying "We're not letting this be buried, you bastards"; looks like we've got two of them.
Update: I'm told the tattoo may actually be a business logo.

Nothing the Feds, LEO or the media tell us about this can be believed. They have an agenda. Truth does NOT serve the agenda. So they will lie to us. Look at the evidence...decide for yourself what the truth most likely is.
The outlaw intrepid reporter (BigCountry) found his work farcebook page & the tattoo was of the guy's business logo. Doesn't rule out the cartel connect, but does kinda make the whole thing a little glowey. A2 pattern w/ the carry handle? Old school indeed.
Gun-Free zone.
Again...
The tattoo is the City of Dallas logo, which I would say is FAR more gangish than reactionist.
