someone will get tired of them not being good at the job and say something about it.

The left has a totally different definition for "qualified" then the rest of us....
Biden panders to parasites. He does not need to do that. Parasites will always vote for him, no matter what. What's wrong with hiring the best candidate based upon experience, potential, people skills, reliability, and integrity?
