It’s the only way they can sell copy now. Never link to such sites - take a screen shot instead. Never refer traffic to them, never speak to them and fer gawdsakes, never subscribe or give them money. They are a dead industry, thankfully... and anything that accelerates their demise is good for everyone.
Have a friend who's a freelance writer. She's worked with some actual reporters, and tends to say "I wish you wouldn't use so much stuff from blogs and alternate media, it's better to work with information from professional media with professional standards!"
The problem being that, seems like, most Professional Journalists have taken their professional standards and ass-raped them. Without lube.
