they ticket victims and ignore the rapists.
One more rape gang operating for years, the cops and council know, and do nothing except screw with the victim.
Every cop involved should be fired and charged as an accessory. Hanged alongside the politicians and social workers who knew and did nothing.

At the end of their sentence, every damned one should be deported. Deport their families now, so there is a landing place for the perps.
