Wisconsin Judge Patrick J. Fiedler: you don't have a right
to decide I can't eat what I grow or raise, or the product from such. Screw you; you make the ruling, let's see you enforce it, you miserable little bastard.
You know, children understand this, and so you get 2 and 3 and 4 year olds with amazing eating control. They will not eat. They have so little control over every other aspect of their lives they can only control what goes into their mouths. Kind of like the IRA prisoners in Maze Prison in 1982, I think.
So is this judge thinking that if he says otherwise he's opening the "Floodgates of Litigation" about zoning a 50 x 100 city lot for cows? Christ, this is as bad as Dred Scott.
Seems to me this has been "settled" for a long time. Try growing marijuana and eating it.
If the claim is that it is the *growing*, not the eating, that is the problem then try harvesting and eating psilocybin mushrooms. You won't get any grief for the presence of the mushroom in your fields but "they" will happily put you in prison if you harvest and eat them. I fail to see a difference in principle between this and what the judge said.
