has a bill for the feds to decide how states should allow CCW. Among her brilliant ideas,
`(2) at a minimum, require that an applicant for a permit to carry a concealed firearm--
`(A) be a legal resident of the United States;
`(B) be not less than 21 years of age;
`(C) demonstrate good cause for requesting a concealed firearm permit; and
`(D) demonstrate that the applicant is worthy of the public trust to carry a concealed firearm in public.
Ignore everything else and purely on (C) and (D), Ma'am Boxer is invited to kiss my ass; those give anti-gun politicians and police brass a hole big enough to drive a semi through to deny virtually anyone and everyone a permit.
And let's not forget the question, just why the hell does she want the federal government deciding how states should be allowed to set up CCW laws?
Yeah, I know, silly question.

"Good Reason"
If you let them ask for that, kiss your guns good bye.
What part of "Shall not be infringed" does she not understand?
