Very bad, on multiple levels
That so many people lost what brain cells they have at the question...
Same thing for the reaction of 'academics'(you can't count the race warlord poverty pimps as academics, no matter how much they claim the title) to this

I would say that there are two separate issues involved. Should the history of 9/11 be taught? 100% YES! To neglect such would be equivalent to neglecting to teach about Pearl Harbor or Fort Sumter. Should laws be passed to mandate that the history of 9/11 be taught? No, education is a 10A matter, and treading into the realm of compelled speech is pretty repugnant to 1A.
