Just the same in England.
They've even got the youngsters on the right doing the work of the socialists for them by blaming us so called 'boomers' for everything.
Try and explain us of the blue collars worked all hours the good Lord sent and then some from age 16 or earlier, living within our means tring to raise our families well and eventually managing to put a few ££ away for our twilght years, it doesn't compute, tell us we should be means tested before getting the state pension which we paid in for in my case 55 years.
When you remind them there's 2 x 3 o'clocks in a day and we spent decades either starting or finishing work at those hours they resort to the usual name calling and then tell us how easy we had it.

TPTB will crash the financial system before they allow us peasants off the hook. And a while lit of people will go along with it because they are available of functioning and surviving without the government. The whole "half a loaf of bread is better than nothing." mindset. They'll not stand up and fight for what's right until they think they're gonna die if they don't. And a fairly significant percentage will climb into the cattle car on their own. Because they really do believe that the politicians and experts know what's best. And it's every generation. Stupidity is a universal human trait...
