Spurred by the Biden Administration’s redefining braced pistols as short-barreled rifles (SBRs), placing them under the auspices of the National Firearms Act (NFA), a U.S. Congressman and a U.S. Senator have filed companion bills in Congress to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns and so-called “any other weapons (AOWs)” from NFA regulation.
Count on the Usual Suspects to crap their pants in fear and outrage, etc.

There are no barrel length restrictions to be found under "shall not be infringed". There also aren't any elected representation or appointed employee that can vote away others unalienable rights. A government that claims different is no longer a republic and or represents we the people.
I applaud the effort, but this bill...and any bill making suppressors non NFA...face a very steep mountain to pass. The left will NEVER willingly allow any change to NFA restrictions that is beneficial to us.
