Once again, people who need flogging, at least as a start

The Army is repurposing more than half of the money it collects from junior enlisted soldiers for food, according to data reviewed by Military.com. The numbers suggest that a large portion of those funds are not going toward feeding soldiers, a diversion of resources coming at a time when troops increasingly struggle to find nutritious food on base.
"Mr. President and Secretary Hegseth:
May I recommend you review this matter.

For those responsible, I would suggest borrow the cages used in the movie 'Comanche Moon' as the punishment for those responsible.

Sincerely, etc."

Some animals are more equal than others. Be careful of the barn yard you join. Sometimes the animals decide to eat other animals.

If i am not mistaken, during the Civil War, Branding was sometimes used to fit the crime, C for coward, D for deserter, T for thief. I'm sure they could find an appropriate letter for those who stole the money under the guise of repurposing
