Someone mentioned that a bunch of Democrats who used to yell about child trafficking are now spouting the 'QAnon adjacent' crap about this movie. And yeah, I really do wonder why. Is it a reflexive "It's right-wing so I must oppose it even if I agree with it!", or a much darker thing?
With some of them, it's darker.
