So who the hell gave the Capitol Police the jurisdiction to do this?

Yes, I know, Pelosi thinks she can order anything.  She can't, but she's been allowed to get away with so much bullshit she believes it. 

As someone said, sounds like the Capitol Police don't trust the Feebs to do this.  I wonder why...
