So as the Jews of New York City are enjoying Sukkot and approach
Simchat Torah, the Governor targets them for having the Synagogues
locked down and the Mayor threatens to fine them $15,000 a day.
There was a protest.
Apparently not a real, proper protest, as nobody threw rocks at cops or broke windows, and there was a decide lack of looting. But a protest nevertheless.
Put it all together, wonder if there's going to be a shift in voting patterns among the Jews of New York?

No, there won't be a shift in voting patterns.
I used to work in NYC, and after Dubya was elected (I forget if after the first or second time) one of my Jewish co-workers opined that "Anyone who voted for Bush should be shipped off to Montana or someplace."
You'd think a Jew would know better. I wanted to remind him that old boxcars and cattle cars were the time-honored method of relocating people you found undesirable.
