"You can't do that without getting a warrant"

seems like a good thing.  Now there's another question:
The judges also accused Baltimore authorities of misleading the lower-court judge who had approved their use of the device, commonly known as a stingray.
Will said Baltimore authorities pay any price for 'misleading the court'?   The way a plain old citizen would?


I think Fireclean is making a big mistake here, both on general "Why stir up a mess that's not actually a big one?" terms and "You've never heard of the Streisand Effect, have you?"  Because this is going to get them a LOT of publicity, damn little of it good.
