Further reason the command levels of the VA

need to be cleaned out.  Preferably with whips and pitchforks.
The statement came when a VA dentistry chief was asked if being a veteran helps someone get a dentist job in the agency. His response was “not really. And thank God,”
The Daily Caller News Foundation recently discovered in a court filing.

Being a scout master in the Boy Scouts would do more to help someone get a top job at the VA than serving in the armed forced, Dr. Gonzalo Solis Sanchez of the VA Caribbean Medical Center said.
Got to keep the union happy, and screw over the people you're SUPPOSED to be there for, right?

Investigators “don’t have a clue what the motive” was for the homicide, Acevedo said.
Ah, because this slimeball is a murderer and thief, and she was a convenient victim?

Sanders is a socialist, so him lying about this isn't exactly a surprise.
...Sen. Bernie Sanders announced to a cheering crowd in Buffalo, New York, on Monday that the corporation “in a given year has not paid a nickel in taxes” despite billions in profit.
...
“[Sanders'] first accusation – that Verizon doesn’t pay its fair share of taxes – is just plain wrong,” Lowell McAdam wrote in a LinkedIn piece. ”As our financial statements clearly show, we’ve paid more than $15.6 billion in taxes over the last two years – that’s a 35% tax rate in 2015, for anyone who’s counting. …”
That would require Sanders actually being able to count, or giving a damn about the truth.
McAdam added that Sanders “has started to fudge his language – talking of taxes not paid in some unspecified ‘given year’ – but that doesn’t make his contention any less false.”

Ma'am Boxer: still the arrogant jackass she's always been.

'EPA' means "You'd go to prison for far less, but we can do this and get away with it."

It also means "Believe what we say, peasants, not what some evidence indicates."

The union idiots at Verizon are lapping up what he says and believing every word of it. The union leaders say much the same things themselves. I think this may be a long strike because Verizon does not want to fold like they did last time.

"Philosophy, who needs it?" Ayn Rand had a point. Boxer obviously was not questioning she was browbeating by asking "Have you stopped beating your wife yes or no?" questions while denigrating witnesses she could not refute. Real class act with a fine philosophical base in power, privilege and expediency.
