I hate ice storms

Even relatively minor ones.  The current mess is quite small compared to the one seven or eight years ago, but it's still causing problems.


Speaking of problems, from one of the Occutards favorite billionaires(whose money in politics is just fine according to them),

Crap like this, and people like this, are why I consider CAIR to be openly on the enemy side.  As a general rule, if someone in that corrupt group is against it, it may well be a good idea.


Used to work with a guy who, while very left on a lot of things, was seriously pissed at the various tribes in OK being able to issue their own car tags and sell cigarettes and such without paying state taxes on them.  Considering his views on same-sex marriage, this would've REALLY set him off.


In a press release, the MSA said that “much of the coverage of this resolution has revolved around the discussion of the potential perpetuation of Islamophobia.” 

“While this was certainly a valid and unanswered concern of the body, much of the discussion in the forum on this resolution also revolved around the logistics of how a moment of recognition could be implemented on a college campus of thousands,” it added.
A: Bullshit.  Utter, undiluted bullshit.
B: Translation: "We still think anyone who wants a moment of remembrance of 9/11 is a horribleracistislamophobicbadthinker, but we really don't like the heat we're getting."

On Sunday, a 20-year-old Israeli woman was stabbed to death, another Israeli was rammed by a car and attacked with a knife and a third was assaulted by a knife-wielding teen affiliated with the Islamic Jihad terror group.

All three assailants were killed in the course of their attacks.

But the headline to the Times’ story about Sunday’s attacks did away with cause and effect, muddled victim and aggressor: “1 Israeli, 3 Palestinians Killed in Attacks in West Bank.” The online headline was later changed, but the print headline Monday morning was equally obtuse: “West Bank Faces Spate of Assaults That Kill 4.” The “West Bank” faced nothing. It was Israelis who faced assaults.
None of this crap is accidental, or done in unknowing error.  Which makes you wonder just what the thought processes are of the clowns doing this.  Do they hate Jews in general, or only those in Israel?  Is it that a Preferred Victim Group can do anything and won't be called on it?  What the hell is going on in their brains?
