...there seems to be some kind of pattern here…

Sure does.

It occurs that this adds another level to 'Don't talk to the police without a lawyer': when the EffingBI has demonstrated repeatedly just how corrupt it is, why would you trust them?  You wouldn't know if they were actually investigating something or screwing with you for political purposes.  Same for the IRS; both agencies have taken their credibility and wiped their ass with it.  Just like they have the Constitution.

Doesn't help matters that slimeballs like Schumer LIKE the IRS breaking the law and abusing their power, just as long as they're attacking people Schumer doesn't like.

One of the Democrats mocking a guy in a wheelchair?
Lisa Wortham: Battleground Texas team leader, works at a law firm that's taken her name off their web page, and seems quite comfortable with vote fraud.  Wonderful people, aren't they?

Connecticut has a problem: the peasants mostly aren't doing what they're told.  And the Governor and his minions have a horror show running through their minds.

I'd imagine they're considering the bad publicity of a lot of people having their homes raided because they didn't fill out paperwork, and the fact that- sooner or later- someone WILL get killed, because that's what happens when the police put on their ninja suits and go out to kill dogs and kick doors.  Not to mention there's not enough jail space in the state for all the people saying "Screw you."

I'd imagine a lot of cops are considering just how hostile the neighborhood will get if they take part in said door-kicking and dog-killing.

Simple answer: they want the right to leave because Cuomo and de Blasio are a couple of socialist assholes who want nothing but ass-kissing socialists and leftists around, so they can rule by dictate.

And yes, Cuomo slipped and said what he really thinks.  Wonder how much money that's going to cost New York in the end?
