should be disbarred. This is absolute, first-rate bullshit for which a price should be payed.
Remember those federal prosecutors the judge didn't charge because 'they weren't specifically told not to violate that law' I believe was the excuse? Shit like this is why people don't trust the courts and prosecutors anymore. And rightly so. Until the people who can do something stop making excuses for this kind of garbage and start charging people, and taking away their ability to do more harm, things will just get worse, too.
