If you want clear thoughts,

go somewhere else today.  Go to bed:
You're cold, pull over a blanket.
Get hot, throw it off.
Blow nose again.
Pee again.
Drink some more.
Attempt to sleep.
Repeat the above, sequence may vary.

Something later.  When maybe it won't take five tries to type things without errors.
