What took you so long, professor?
President Obama has found himself at odds with his old law school mentor over the Environmental Protection Agency.
Laurence Tribe, a liberal constitutional scholar at Harvard University, told House lawmakers that EPA carbon dioxide regulations are tearing the Constitution apart.
“EPA possesses only the authority granted to it by Congress,” Tribe told lawmakers in a hearing Tuesday. “Its gambit here raises serious questions under the separation of powers… because EPA is attempting to exercise lawmaking power that belongs to Congress and judicial power that belongs to the federal courts.”
No SHIT?
Obama won't care, but maybe it'll get the attention of some of the followers who still have some concern for the Constitution(other than as toilet paper).

Not only won't Obama care, but neither will the nominally GOP controlled congress. Oh, they'll certainly make noises about the unconstitutionality, get on the House or Senate floor and say all the right words so they have clips from CSPAN to play on their campaign ads, but at the end of the day they'll still authorize budget increases for the EPA so they can keep right on doing what they're doing.
