oh hell, I don't have sufficient snark or sarcasm to finish that.
The US-led air attacks launched against Islamic State (also known as
Isis) on 8 August in Iraq and 23 September in Syria have not worked.
President Obama's plan to "degrade and destroy" Islamic State has not
even begun to achieve success. In both Syria and Iraq, Isis is expanding
its control rather than contracting.
And there will be more losses, and more massacres, because Dear Leader doesn't WANT to win, or actually smash ISIL; hell, I think he sympathizes with them, and doesn't care if they and the turks commit a genocide of Kurds.
And most of our suckass media will cover for him as best they can, no matter what.

No surprises here. Anyone who had 'faith' in Obama's military strategy is doomed to disappointment.
This is what happens when we elect a freshman junior senator from Illinois to the nation's highest office.
That was a mistake.
But then to re-elect him?
The consequences of wishful thinking!
I think of it as 'socialist and stupid, but little difference
