A new .22 round

designed for autoloaders; 40 grain bullet at 1255fps. Be interesting to see how it works out. Note that this says it'll be sold only in 1k value packs, an interesting choice.

No, I never heard anyone teach this, either.

Preparing battlespace?

Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan predicted on Sunday that America faces imminent uprisings that mirror those in the Middle East.

“What you are looking at in Tunisia, in Egypt … Libya, in Bahrain … what you see happening there … you’d better prepare because it will be coming to your door,” Farrakhan said in a booming voice, thousands of followers cheering in his wake.

Farrakhan also called on President Barack Obama to allow protesters to march, urging the president not to attack innocent people when they do
.
A: Peaceful marches are not a problem.
B: Some of the stuff he's pointing to are anything but peaceful.
C: Considering Farrakhan, he probably wants a really nasty situation here; among other things it'll be something else he can blame on the JOOOOOS!

Speaking of Farrakhan, the other day (on Facebook) I put up a link to this post at Classical Values; no comments, just the link because I thought it interesting. Response from socialist: "... the difference with the left is that racists and homophobes never become national spokespeople."
Really?
Al Sharpton? Farrakhan? Robert Byrd? Jesse Jackson(remember 'Hymietown'?) None of them ring a bell?
Response: "How about names from the 21st century?"
Think about that. Byrd died last year, the others I named are currently running around spreading their crap. And they're just the first ones that popped to mind, but the answer to them was 'they aren't current'. Just freaking unbelievable. I'd throw in Malik Shabazz, and the MEChA and La Raza clowns, but it wouldn't matter.

It's heading into spring in Oklahoma; yesterday it was 70's, last evening there were tornado watches up north and it's currently in the 30's. Ah well, 30's beats the teens we had a couple of weeks ago.
