New York City, like any Democrat/Leftist ruled polity, considers itself outside the control of the Constitution and not under the American Social Contract. It just cannot be denied. He will not be disrobed, disbarred, or anything but mildly chastised for saying openly what their Nomenklatura believe.
That single comment, "the 2nd doesn't exist in this courtroom ", should get the case dismissed and the judge disbarred and expelled from society. The Founders would be appalled.
Walk out of the court room. That court does not hold any legal authority if the constitution is nullified. That same document is what grants them authority to do their job.
They have a great argument for a mistrial at a minimum. And the judge should be disbarred permanently.
