Surprising no one who's been paying attention.

Bloostein is just one restaurant owner, you might say. But he is not alone. A New York City Hospitality Alliance survey shows that 75 percent of restaurants said they planned to cut employees hours in response to the wage hike. Nearly half (47 percent) said they’d cut jobs.

Look for Occasional-Cortex and Sanders to scream about greedy business owners who shouldn't be allowed to do this.  And (probably) "They shouldn't be allowed to go out of business just so they don't have to pay their employees!"  Which would be effing stupid, but they are socialists.
