Wish you had put in some links. This is making the rounds of gun fora all over the place. Some folks are checking to see if Fighting Joe violated the Joint House Rule that requires one to have a Concealed Handgun Permit in order to bring a firearm into the General Assembly Building (actually, pretty much anywhere on Capitol Square).
