First, I have a hard time seeing ICE's special agent in charge in New York making such charges without a way to back them up. Especially it being a male accusing females of sexual misconduct on the job.
Second, The Justice Department is seeking to dismiss Hayes' lawsuit on the basis that he did not state a claim for retaliation. Does anyone have any real doubt that if a female SAIC made such a charge against males that this DoJ would not be playing such a game?
Oh, and I think people aren't buying the spin on the 'You didn't build that' statement.
