CT has their first green lasers out

for a few pistols.
There's a note in there that Crimson Trace works with top holster manufacturers to create holster solutions for all Laserguard equipped firearms. Michael had mentioned that he contacted CT about the Lightguard, "I have people asking for holsters for 'x' pistol with it, can I get one so I can make them?" and they sent him one; seems they really mean that 'working with them' bit.

This Wednesday, three of the five Occupy activists arrested for attempting to blow up a commuter bridge in Ohio in May pled guilty to use of a weapon of mass destruction, attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction, and attempted use of an explosive device to destroy property used in interstate commerce..
They were planning bombings, etc., got it; just when & why did the .gov start calling what used to be 'bombing' or 'destruction of property' a "Weapon of Mass Destruction' charge? Is a real WMD(chemical, bio or nuclear) now a 'Weapon of REAL Mass Destruction' or something?

I don't care what you saw on Animal Planet or Disney, STOP ANNOYING THE WILD ANIMALS!
These people are friggin' nuts...

And that's all I've got this morning. I have trucks to clean, some yard work to do, and some ammo to put together later if time allows.

I believe various state government have defined "Weapon of Mass Destruction" as a term of art for some time now.

I further believe that some/many of the definitions predate 9/11 and the popularization of the term related to terrorism.

I mean, it's a fair term in normal Legal for "a bomb that can blow a fair amount of stuff up"; it causes what is in a non-military context mass destruction...
