Apparently the knowledge that field sites are often dry, or hot, or wet, or cold, or muddy, and that nobody gives a rats ass about your skin color or who you sleep with, is just too much to take.

The best way for these folks to study geology is from under a six foot deep pile of earth. Just a thought.
