I need to work on my offhand shooting with rifle

Dry fire practice will help a lot, but I have a problem:
With heavier rifles, I need to do not just practice but some working out to help the muscles involved.  Which is a problem because some of my joints are so messed-up, which makes said working out a balance between 'what will strengthen things' vs. 'what might eff some of this worse'.

Getting old is easy.  Being old sucks.
