Crimson Trace has been heard from

Couple of days ago, on their Fecesbook page, got a "We're working through the 'contact us' messages as fast as we can".

This morning, got a 'Call this number' e-mail.

Yes, the grip is out of warranty(not surprised, I just couldn't remember for sure).  However, there's an upgrade program, and if I want to can get a replacement for a discount.

So that's been dealt with.  Just took a lot longer than it seems it should have.
