And those DEA agents who terrify doctors with "You're prescribing too much/too strong painkillers"? The same. I hope they all wind up with some horribly painful injury and not be allowed anything but aspirin.
Yeah, I'm kind of pissed about this.

I can sympathize with you. This saving ourselves from ourselves crap that the people that have the power to do that are killing us because they can. For more than 30 years my doctors gave me 120 Hydrocodone pills.About once a year I would go off the pills to see if I was becoming addicted. I never happened. But now with a VA doctor I am limited to 10 pills a month, 120 for the entire year. On top of that I had to sign a piece of paper saying that I would be a good boy and not abuse these 10 pills each month. Even the American Legion magazine has come out with an article on overdosing with opiods. You have a national voice and I would ask you not to let this drop, please bring it up now and then.
I'm not sure how much of a voice I've got, but I've yelled about this kind of crap before, and I'll almost surely be doing it again.
