There's already a lot of that from crap already happened: IRS and FBI and ATF clowns breaking federal law, and their own regulation, and paying no price. Do they think people don't see that, and aren't pissed?*
People- especially those with some connection to security matters- know that some clerk at State, some troop in the military, who did a tenth of what Clinton has would have already been arrested, charged, tried, and in a cell. If she walks on this, nobody's going to want to hear any lectures about the Rule of Law, because there is none.
*Throw in prosecutors who violate law and ethics, and pay no price. Cops caught lying on the stand or screwing with evidence and getting away with it. That crap figures in, too.
