Another communist government is taking a country down the toilet,

and what's the answer?  "We just give them supplies and money to help!"

No, we don't.  The tyrants running the country have taken a fairly rich place and run it out of food, medicine, toilet paper and beer.  All while running squads of thugs around beating and terrorizing people.  Either let it sink, or tell them "Change your ways and we'll help."  And do NOTHING until.
