I haven't read Bloodlands yet; have a copy of The Black Book of Communism I keep having to put down and I've read a number of things about the famines(ORDERED famines, remember) the Soviets used to kill in mass. To call the Soviet Union anything other than evil is stupid. And blind.
Unfortunately, lots of people in both categories.
