Scott may be a bit of a goof, but he's fun to watch.
The electromagnets needed for the Manhattan Project were wound with silver wire because copper was needed for the war effort. After the war the silver was returned to the US Mint. No word on how radioactive our currency was between 1946-1964.
That's something I'd never heard before, I didn't know you could use silver for that purpose
