If Colorado really wants to make a difference and show the world they are serious, they should ban the production and use of all "fossil fuels" within the state. The result would be entertaining.
they live in the urban areas and do not want the bad business to harm their weekend jaunts to their country homes. they want all the benefits of a technically advanced society but dont want to deal with creating it.
