Considering they've been doing it for covid combined with the fact that the FBI is the new Stasi, I'd say yes. Even NOAA is padding data with 96% of their stations not meeting their criteria meant to avoid heat island effect. Nothing coming out of fed.gov can be trusted at this point.

No matter how bad you think the Just Us Department and their subsidiary armed enforcers at the FBI are, the reality is they are far far worse.
