I realized something about my range time the other day:
Last few times I've made it to the outdoor range, I was so focused on testing loads for different firearms that I didn't do any actual fun shooting. And that's bad.
I need to remedy that.

yeah, I had to break in a new item last time, and was so focused on general accuracy, and the effects of a small .45 acp auto, in regards to recoil. However, my buddy brought along yet another old frying pan to the range, and I decided correctly, that my S&W mod.66 was right for the job at 25 yards. It was hanging sideways, about a two inch wide sillouetas fryingpanus target. I hit it twice, and then my buddy hit the plastic handle it was hanging from, and it died. I keep forgetting to bring old milk jugs full of water to shoot at.
