Be it said: in the current climate especially, in New Effing York, talking in public about wanting to kill cops and having guns is the sign of a dumbass.
Interesting note: possessing a loaded, defaced gun. 'Defaced' I think is NY talk for a damaged serial number, which indicates the possibility of some other non-legal activities in his life.
