A chain slider on the bike broke the other day

So I went looking for parts, and during this it hit me that the Honda is 20 years old, and aside from general maintenance and personal mods, it's still original.

That make those suckers well.

My Honda Valkyrie is 24 this year.

Other than routine maintenance and consumables like tires and light bulbs, I've had to change the steering head bearings, the alternator, and the headlight sockets and rebuild the carbs once.

That's it.

Oh...I've replaced the seat twice. The frame and foam were still fine, just flat wore out the vinyl. I've still got the original. I've been thinking about just having it re-upholstered in leather, but it's not cheap so I haven't done it yet.

107k miles, which really isn't that much for as old as she is but my riding has slowed down dramatically as I've gotten older.

Almost all me. I bought her 2 years old with 900 miles.
