The meds do help, but a weather shift like this

I'm not sure how you're doing this one-handed, but I've managed to do "other" things one-handed all my life, so I guess it's just a matter of how much one wants to do something. 😎

Is that why my hands are aching and tendinitis flaring up. I’m enjoying the fall weather though other than that.
