This one applies to just about any store:
You start the check-in process.
Get to the end and "We have discount cards!"
But you can't find the cards.
So you show me a receipt that has nothing to do with the cards.
One of you goes back to the other counter while the others stand there.
Finally come back, with cards. Get that done.
About to hit 'pay now' when "Oh, I need some bullets."
And about two more "Oh, I also" things after that.
All the while there are people backed up but I can't do anything about them because you keep dragging this whole mess out...
Either have your damned card with you, or just pay and go shoot, stop thinking you're the only one there.
