to either get rid of the 2nd Amendment, or
amended to clarify that the right to bear arms is a collective, rather than individual, constitutional right
'Clarify'.  Yeah.  In a document specifically written to protect the rights of the individual against the government, they want to change this one to make it a 'collective' right.  Because that would mean all kinds of ways for them to restrict the peasants from owning arms.  Of any kind.
