Constable Danny Marttini said employees should not put their lives at risk to prevent robberies, asking shop owners to prioritise their personal safety over securing their stores.
Let's see... they were smashing a window in, waving weapons around in broad daylight and knowing there were people inside, so does Marttini think they'd hesitate a moment to cripple or kill someone while they're robbing the place?  Or would that happening be better than the owner/employees protecting their livelihood and themselves?


The ACLU has turned, over a fair while, into the "We defend people/rights that are politically correct" organization it is today.  Screw the bastards. 


Oh, to have seen the faces of the campus offense police when they read this...
