was several years ago. I'd been in Dallas and had to head back early morning. Right on the edge of cool/warm, clear skies, light wind, and almost no other traffic on the road. I came up I35 with the Vulcan running smooth, holding at about 80. It was glorious.
If I hadn't had to be at work the next day I'd have fueled up every 120 or so and just kept going.

There are not many things in life better than a well tuned motorcycle on a nice day with light traffic.
