Dumbass thought renewing his FOID (after it expired) automatically reinstated his CCL. Not so (for anyone else, who'd be facing felony charges). Those of us who aren't part of the IL Dem political machine have to fill out a "Request for Administrative Review" form and cross our fingers.
well yeah, keeping your paper work straight is for the little people, not more equal people like him....
