Glad I hit the range yesterday,

as it's cloudy and chilly this morning. Took a variety of boomsticks, a couple to check sighting and others just because it was a nice day and I hadn't fired them in a while.

One thing confirmed, the P14 works quite well with 185-grain cast bullets; it doesn't like the 150-grain at all.

From memory, the rifling is one turn in 10", so maybe a little fast for 150 gr. (I think Mk Vii ball was 174 gr). you could try loading down a grain or so a time to see if there is a sweet spot somewhere
