Bought a rainsuit a few months back. About a month ago pulled it out to use and the zipper slide broke. Ok, no big deal, write them and see about a replacement, right?
Go to site, use contact form to ask about how to get a replacement.
No answer as of a week later.
Write again a few days after that.
Never an answer.
Gave up on the clowns, found one about the same size and got it to work.
So if you have a problem with Frogg Toggs, don't count on them reading your message. Or doing anything about it.

Heck, how good do they make them if the zipper broke in that short a time?
I am continually amazed by the number of companies who have links to pretend email on their web sites. I can only assume by the non-response that whatever company it is is only a false front for a Chinese slave labor outfit hell bent on cashing in on quick sales then disappearing into the night.
Rest of the suit seems very solid, and it does work. Either a bad slide, or they're using really cheap ones.
